We recently celebrated New Year's Eve at this hotel in the mountains. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes. the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it was only a few steps away from the ski lift. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding snowy mountains.
Some of the hotel staff could benefit from hospitality training as their attitude was not always welcoming or friendly. some of the services, such as the drinks or the internet connection, seemed overpriced compared to other similar establishments.

I had a great time dining at the restaurant with good food. the staff were friendly and the ambiance was enjoyable. the breakfast selection was varied and the omelettes made to order were a highlight. the room had a nice view of the glaciers and was clean and well-designed.
I did find some areas lacking in terms of customer service.

The service at the restaurant and bar was lacking, with staff appearing unfriendly and unaccommodating. the dinner portions were very small, often leaving guests hungry, and the dessert portions were especially disappointing.
